Review:
What if love refused to die? It's the question explored in this unique story of a young woman who since  childhood has been experiencing visions of a past life and the man she is destined to find. A 17-year-old Haven Moore has had a difficult life growing up in a small religion-driven town where her visions have forced her into social isolation- the town outcast... often labeled as being plagued by demons. The story takes you through Haven’s journey to find the answers that she so desperately seeks and the man she doesn’t know but feels destined
to find. Though completely alone in her pursuit for truth she soon realizes she doesn’t know who to trust...Can she make it through her journey without being murdered for what she discovers?

The concept of this book was very likable... and enjoyable! The idea of reincarnation is both fascinating and romantic. The various individual personalities of the characters also felt wonderful and extremely pragmatic. And although the story was packed to the brim with suspense, romance and mystery there were just too many twists and turns. It tossed me in so many directions that I found it difficult to pick a side and grasp a solid impression on the situation. I also understand the element of surprise was key to this story, but it became almost confusing with the way the fickle main character constantly swaps sides. It made the story hard to swallow and I found myself somewhat frustrated.

I absolutely love the ending. It left an excellent opportunity for a sequel. That being said, I do recommend this book to those that are looking for a new paranormal series that is unlike any they have read recently. The immortals stories have always fascinated me and this is a great new take on that.

  5. There is definitely something romantic about a love story that defies time and death. I like the sound of the reincarnation elements of this story and look forward to checking it out. :)
