My Review:
Cinch! is not your run of the mill diet book. It is realistic and I'm totally into it. I don't necessarily need to lose weight, but I have been wanting to eat and feel healthier. This book was just perfect for me. This book would be wonderful for those wanting to lose weight or just wanting to get healthy.

This book includes a month's worth of delicious, great recipes that are totally customizable to your dietary needs- complete with shopping lists. No calorie counting, no points or grams to remember, no crazy fasts- this book contains a realistic way for you to lose weight and feel good about yourself while doing it.

I highly recommend this book. It is very well written and you will, without a doubt, walk away confident that you can lose weight and feel good about it. I'm normally very cynical about these books- but this one caught me, hook line and sinker. Can't wait to try out some of the recipes!
