Book Summary:
Ever since the car accident that killed his twin brother, Marshall Windsor has been consumed with guilt and crippled by secrets of that fateful night. He has only one chance to make amends, to right his wrongs and set things right. He must find a Thin Space—a mythical point where the barrier between this world and the next is thin enough for a person to step through to the other side.

But, when a new girl moves into the house next door, the same house Marsh is sure holds a thin space, she may be the key—or the unraveling of all his secrets.

As they get closer to finding a thin space—and closer to each other—Marsh must decide once and for all how far he’s willing to go to right the wrongs of the living…and the dead.

Shannon's Thoughts:
Thin Space is a moody, tense, interesting little read.  Marshall "Marsh" Windsor is having trouble recovering from the death of his twin brother and is desperate to find a Thin Space so he can reconnect with this twin.  He believes one exists in his neighbor's house, but a family moves in before he can access the house.  He befriends one of the new neighbors, a girl named Maddie, who becomes his only ally.  As he becomes closer to her, we start to learn what really happened the night Austin died and why Marsh is so desperate to see him again.

I loved the atmospheric quality - it was so moody and grief stricken, yet tense and compelling.  Little clues are scattered before the big reveal and while I guessed at the final outcome, I was happy to let it all unfold.  Given that this book is just over 250 pages, it moves along quickly, but I did become eager to find the Thin Space and uncover the truth.  The payoff was well worth the wait though.  If you like a little paranormal and a little mystery, I definitely recommend checking this one out!
